Healthcare – I am a different candidate than the rest. I ask people their opinions, I have obtained lots of ideas and a few game changing ideas to improve California - here are some ideas.  

 

1 We must increase health care prevention to save health care expenditures from all the extra emergency care services. the result will be lower healthcare costs for everyone. 

2 We need to audit what is taught to become a nurse, doctor, and all other health care providers. See if it's feasible to decrease the number of years spent in school by 1/3 to become various healthcare workers. Then there will be more of them available for when we need them. 

3 Allow students to bid down the cost of books, supplies, and tuition. 

4 Utilize technologies such as cellphone barcodes on patients’ wristbands and family members wristbands to find education about what and why and how to heal themselves of their ailment. 

5 Prescribe home testing kits, monitors to be connected to the doctor by way of the cell phone.

 6 Create for patients to go to for a triage of health care providers to look at the patient, a level lower can be created than waiting a long time in emergency room. It will be more important Urgent care centers But lower than going to the emergency room. 

7 Assign more phone Nurse assistance for Patients to not have their blood pressure go up listening to a recorded line.

8 A new path of college courses degrees should be established made for the personnel to man the phones, assess then assign patients to what they need in a timely manner. Whether it be the doctor's office, urgent care, intermediate care, or full emergency care. 

9 Have regular doctor's offices open 24/7, Have them assess which of the three tiers of healthcare should be needed. 

10 While the patient and their family members are waiting for Emergency care, they could be given a heart monitor to have it be connected to their cell phone. They can wait in their cars or restaurant until they are called because the kit indicates it’s time to be seen. 

11 Standardized health insurance papers to be filled, this time of paperwork will not require so many hospital people - this way employees  could work the phones instead. 

12 Give health care workers more ability to wave rules in case of anomaly but needs to be done. 

13 Start a new system of caregivers so a team, 5-7 people can take turns performing care of Immobile, very sick patents. Two caregivers would get free time to take care of business or just simply take a rested break while the other caregivers are working taking care of their loved ones who are sick. A pair of health care workers would guide the working caretakers.

14. Start a bartering system between health workers and the sick’s family members. Family members of the sick could help with lawn care, deliver grocery, cut hair, perform maid service, fix things, walk dogs, of the health care workers. It would be for seeing a health care person, the caregiver would perform these services. 

15. Train family members of what to do differently after the patient is diagnosed with something. If it’s diabetes, the family members will be trained to not buy surgery foods. If its mental health, the family members will learn the 7 38 55 rule In communications, people learn of 7 percent of what is said, 38 percent of the mood behind it, 55 percent a what is seen. Ideas like try turning off the TV, turn down the lights to calm everyone, both mental health patients and family members alike. 

16. Change the tax rates of the stock market. Raise the taxes to 80 percent for financial instruments that is simply played like gambling. Though tax free 401k would be only allowed to funds things that retools closed assembly plant to create higher end walkers. These items would allow walkers that a person can sit on, transport groceries, and move laundry. Move the 80 percent tax funds to the tax free plants stocks.
